一、Respect Customer
Customers are our basis for survival and development. Standing by customers’ side, caring about customers, we do our ultmost to meet their requirements. Our aim is to serve customers, meet their demands and make them satisfied. Customers’ praise is the top honor and customers’ criticism is the work default.. We need to put customer first and take customers as the center.
二、Stand in awe
The company interests and relevant rules and regulations are the basic operation disciplines which are most lofty, infrangible and insurmountable. Anyone who protects the disciplines will be recognized and encourged, and anyone who violates the disciplines must firmly be slapped down.
三、No excuse
The result of each task is the only standard for success. When there exists work delay, please make a brife report to the manager and predict the completion date; when stubborn problem comes out, please report to the manager for help and solution. Only result attracts our attention and no excuse.
四、100% Executive force
More advice and suggestions are well welcomed before the manager makes the final decision; once the final decision is made, the only thing needs to do is to make it 100% realized. If the decision is proved to be wrong during the process, please point it out and correct the fault instead disputing whether it is wrong before the correction. Our point of view is execution towards the wrong direction is better than arguing and fighting.
五、Action is the absolute principle.
What the company needs is not the Daydreamer good at dreaming and talking, and it is wise to make what you thought and said become true. It is encouraged to improve your self during the practise rather than waiting for objective conditions matured and improved.
六、Teakwork Spirit
Unit is the strenth and unit brings cohesive force and fighting power. Surrounding workmakes are very vital and you will get nothing with your own or without workmates’ support. Respecting, trusting, and forgiving your workmakes and taking advantages of their strong points; most importantly helping them when they are in need. To be honest, truthful, faithful and to make professtional devotion will bring yourself great personal fascinations.
七、Being modest and intelligent
Everybody has its own strong points and everything has its own secret that needs to be emplored. Being open minded,listening different views and opinions; drawing lessons from others’ experience and advice,making research to do things better and efficient; being brave to overcome your shortcomings and deficiencies; never to be arbitrary, big-headed, supercilious or narrow-minded; never to be like the frog in the shallow well.
八、Drawing attention to the overall interest
Everything you do, please draw your attention to the company overall interest and never to win the department interest or personal interest at the cost of the overal interest. Standing here and looking forward; only with the company rapid development, each department shall move forward, more opportunities and larger space shall be created for the individuals and more great achievements shall be realized. We shall always remember those individuals who protects company overall interest at the cost of personal interest or department interest and who shall be horned and get returns.
